Guiding Spirit:
Bohumil Makovsky, or "Boh" as he was affectionately called by his students, was the band director of Oklahoma A&M College from 1915 to 1945. He provided essential strength and encouragement during the establishment of Kappa Kappa Psi, and the organization would not have been formed without him. Thus, he is referred to as the "Guiding Spirit of Kappa Kappa Psi."
